We sliced and we diced. We stirred and we stir-fried. We skewered and we sizzled. And then we ate and ate and drank some nice wine. All the teams cooked such beautiful and delicious dishes at our Quick One-Dish Meals Cooking Class. OK, they weren’t so quick, but with a smaller home audience and a second try at it, these meals will come together in 30 minutes or less.
The payoff was amazing! We all loved all the dishes – the divine Asparagus Leek Risotto, the flavorful Chicken Tortilla Soup, the spicy and authentic Singapore Noodles with Shrimp and Garlic, the exotic Greek Pork Souvlaki Kebabs with yummy Tzatziki Sauce, and the homey Yam & Swiss Chard Gratin…and to end the evening, the easy Caramel Oranges that I promised you in my last post.
Come join us at our next Cooking Class on Friday, April 1, 2011. The topic is Spring Entertaining and you will learn how to plan a dinner party worthy of your Easter feast.
