Our Weekday Dinners Cooking Class on Thursday, March 14, 6:00 -9:00 at Holy Nativity’s Community Hall in Westchester will feature recipes that you can get on the table easily after a day’s work.  You will love this Tuscan Chicken with Artichokes and Olives, which I served this weekend at a casual dinner party.

Our Cooking Class will be only three days before St. Paddy’s Day, so we will celebrate the wearing of the green, thanks to Kerrygold Butter and Cheese, who sent me the most amazing St. Paddy’s Day kit.   I love their products too – have you tasted Kerrygold’s Dubliner cheese that I buy in 3 pound blocks at Costco?  Yum!  Try this in my Yam & Swiss Chard or Kale Gratin and your gratin will sing a new tune.   You’ll get to taste this yummy cheese in class, while we cook our meals.

When the going gets rough, don’t turn to take out or frozen meals! Let me teach you how easy it is to get something tasty on the table in a Flash.  You’ll want to add these yummy and easy dishes to your repertoire and impress your loved ones.  Patricia K. Rose, of Fresh Food in a Flash, will lead this hands-on cooking class on Thursday, March 14, 2013, 6:00-9:00 at the Holy Nativity Community Hall in Westchester.  Once we complete the cooking, sit down and enjoy a meal you and your new friends made together with a glass of wine.  On the menu are:
