Asparagus Leek Risotto with Lemon

Why don’t people cook more at home? The answer I receive from people I talk to is TIME. Speedy Suppers is the answer to the TIME issue. My entire mission is to convince people that “Good food is easy to make once you learn a few tips and have a few essential kitchen tools like a good chef’s knife.  I’m a fan of ingredients with one name on the label, like carrots.  It is my goal to help others create delicious and healthy meals in a flash.  Fresh Food in a Flash.”

If TIME is the reason you are not cooking more meals, this cooking class is the answer for you.  On Thursday, March 19, join us at the Holy Nativity Community Hall and you will learn how to make delicious healthy food in less time than going out and waiting for take out food.  That’s a big promise.

Learn to keep a few ingredients on hand, plan a little ahead and you can put an impressive meal on the table in about 20-30 minutes.  Once you taste these fresh and delicious Speedy Suppers we will be making, your weeknight meals will change forever!

  • North African Couscous Salad (Vegetarian)
  • Asparagus Leek Risotto with Lemon (Vegetarian)
