Here’s what’s on the menu:

Antipasti: Summer Heirloom Tomatoes with Burrata Cheese, Basil and Olive Oil

Contorni: Tomato-Braised Cauliflower from Lidia Bastianich

Primi: Rigatoni with Radicchio, Gorgonzola and Walnuts

Secondi: Black Cod in Fennel-Saffron Broth (Branzino in zuppetta di finocchio e zafferano)

Dolce: Honey Panna Cotta with Salted Honey Caramel

Patricia K. Rose, of Fresh Food in a Flash will lead this hands-on cooking class on Thursday, September 15, 2016, 6:00-9:00 at the Holy Nativity Community Hall in Westchester.
